The flames of Damnation!
This is the game for a gameJam and i am not a gifted artist, so i did use lot of free asset from itch.io
ABOUT THE GAME
You play as a dark Wizard who has stolen the Flames of Damnation from the underworld. He must go back Unlocking the power of the flame. and obviously killing all the monsters he encounters!
CONTROLS
- Move : A, D
- Jump: Space
- Shoot FireBall: Left Mouse
- Recall FireBall: Left Mouse
- First PowerUp Speed Up: Q
- First PowerUp Chage Rotation: W
- Second PowerUp Teleport: Right Click
- Third PowerUp: E
MISSING
- Loading Screen betwin each level... didn't have time
- A proper Main Menu/Ingame Menu...
- Camera shaking... Was doing it but.... i did prefer to add another ability to the boss

Requiring the flame to be retrieved is a great concept!
I found the controls a little tricky. Running and jumping with the gamepad was easier (I associate 2D platformers to consoles), but the mouse is required for shooting. That aside, I want to play more!
At first i would like to make pad controls, but i never did it, so i didn't lose too much time with that, but i'll defenetly do it! Thanks a lot for the feedback!

I like the idea of having a single fireball to throw and retrieve. The rest... not so much. Still, congratulations for putting in the effort and taking part in a game jam!
